Step by step instructions

1. Cut the stalk out of the chard with an angled cut.
2. Place the leaves on top of each other in a pile and roll them up. Cut the rolled leaves into strips of about 2mm / 0.07inch.
3. Cut the stalk into 1cm / 0.39inch-long sticks.
